• Thin wire cone pulleys

These pulleys are made of special steel materials. Following with tungsten carbide coating to cone  surfaces (HVOF spray), desired dimensions are obtained with diamond abbrasives, lastly pulleys are super finish polished.

Also this pulleys can be manufactured with special tool steel materials .

• Thin wire guide pulleys

Manufactured with using cementation steel, these cylinders heat treated and can reach to 60 HRC hardness. Grinded pulley slots hard chrome plated then super finish polished.

• Thin wire carrier rollers

Manufactured with using cementation steel, these cylinders heat treated and can reach to 60 HRC hardness. Grinded pulley slots hard chrome plated then super finish polished
