Drawing Capstan

This type of work pieces which exposure high tension stresses and strong wear in wire production processes manufactured by CNC lathes.

On coated types coating material is wear resistant, hard Nİ-WC thermal powder ( spray and fuse ).

Up to 65 HRC hardness coatings are grinded.

In some types of pulleys special tool-steel materials are preferred.

Manufactured in slotted and plane forms pulleys are used in steel wire and copper wire production lines.
