In production low carbon steels, tempered steels, high alloy steels, stainless steels are used. Due to working conditions, materials are hardened by heat treatment. Manufacturing processes take place in CNC lathe and  machining centers. Final dimensions are obtained with cylindrical grinding.

Friction exposed working surface of products are coated. Electrolytic hard chrome plating, Tungsten carbide and chrome carbide coating with HVOF spraying, ceramic coating with plasma spray are most common applications.

Dependent on the industrial sector, different products are manufactured.
