Following the grinding process with super finish polishing, ra:0.01µm surface roughness can be achieved for coated and uncoated work pieces. Polishing operation is implemented by rotating the workpiece in  dust-free  cabins.

Aluminium oxide belts  or diamond belts are used with  different grain sizes in the polishing process for coatings with different characteristic such as hard chrome, tungsten carbide, chrome carbide, ceramic, metal alloys.
