Sand blasting is a frequently used process for surface roughness or clarification. It has a critical role in surface activating before coating.

Sand blasting operation is iplemented by spraying aluminium oxide, Silicium carbide, steel, stainless steel, glass particles with pressured air. In this process irregular shaped or spherical particles are used in various dimensions.

Our workshop has 5 different cabins for sand blasting operations. These cabins have a system to rotate the workpiece and automatically move blasting guns. Cabins are designed to process from Ø1500mm diameter steel rolls to thread rolls.
