Pump Pistons

ELKAP produces pump pistons, water pump plungers homogenization pistons for industrial sectors such as synthetic fertilizer, food, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing and detergent.

 

Plungers are manufactured with tempered steel, standard  carbon steels or stainless steel by CNC lathes. Piston surface is coated and, ready to use after grinding and super finish polishing processes.

 

Depending on working conditions various coatings are used.

 

  • Industrial hard chrome plating.
  • Ceramic (aluminium oxide, titanium oxide, chrome oxide) plating (plasma spray)
  • Nickel based hard coatings (spraying - fusing)
